Commercial Drywall Foreman

The Commercial Drywall Construction Foreman is responsible for ensuring that everything goes smoothly at the construction site. They plan the work, create schedules for workers, oversee work quality, manage the budget and ensures that the company’s “Work Safety Program” is implemented. 5 or more years of commercial drywall experience managing projects with crew sizes of 20-25 persons or more.

• Excellent organizational and material management skills
• Able to follow directions of the Superintendent
• Experienced in maintaining a safe, secure and healthy work environment in compliance with company and industry standards
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus
• Able to coordinate work with other subcontractors
• Strong computer skills
• Able to read plans and specifications
• Able to layout project according to plans and specifications
